Terms of Service
Placeholder. This page is a structural placeholder while we work with counsel on the formal document. We do not fake legal text. Full document available on request: founder@pliuz.com.
By using Pliuz you agree to use it for lawful purposes only, respect the rate limits of your tier, and not attempt to compromise the security or availability of the platform for other tenants. We provide the service as-is during the Early Access (v0.1.x) period — production-readiness is at your own risk, balanced by our public roadmap and source-available SDKs (Apache 2.0).
- Service level: Early Access (v0.1.x — pre-launch waitlist phase). SLA targets 99.9% (Pro/Team) and 99.95% (Enterprise) — committed in the MSA at signing, not before. No service credits in Early Access.
- Acceptable use: do not use Pliuz to gate actions that violate applicable law (fraud, illegal content, sanctions evasion, etc.). See /legal/acceptable-use for the full list.
- Rate limits: per tier (shared on request during Early Access; published with pricing at launch). We will email before applying any enforcement.
- Open-source SDKs: Python (PyPI) and TypeScript (npm) SDKs are Apache 2.0 — see github.com/pliuz for license. These Terms apply to the hosted Service only; the SDK license is separate and survives.
- IP: Pliuz retains all rights to the Pliuz Platform, Documentation, and improvements. Customer retains all rights to Customer Data and Customer products.
- Liability cap: limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months (Pro/Team/Enterprise tiers). Free tier: no warranty, no liability beyond mandatory legal minimums. Carveouts: IP indemnification, GDPR Art 82 fine pass-through, confidentiality breach, willful misconduct.
- Data Processing: a separate Data Processing Addendum (/legal/dpa) governs Pliuz processing of Customer Personal Data — incorporated by reference into these Terms.
- Termination: either party may terminate any Order Form with 30-day notice. On termination, Customer receives a signed JSONL export of audit data on request and full deletion within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
- Governing law: Spain (pre-incorporation) — to be updated to the entity jurisdiction (Spanish SL or Delaware C-Corp) at incorporation. For EU customer Personal Data matters, EU jurisdiction reserved per GDPR Art 82.
- Entity: Pliuz is currently operated by its founder as a sole proprietor pending entity formation. Once incorporated, these Terms will be assigned to the new entity with notice to Customer (right to terminate within 30 days if Customer objects).
